Partnership
Chatbotkit's partnership program is designed for resellers and includes a white-label option. In both direct and white-label partnerships, Chatbotkit offers flexibility regarding technical support and compliance.
Direct Partnership:
- Role of Chatbotkit: Provides technical support directly to the end customers and handles technical challenges and compliance issues related to the platform.
- Role of Partner: Acts as a middleman, focusing on sales, customer relationships, and general account management.
White-Label Partnership:
- Role of Partner: The partner takes full responsibility for all customer interactions, including technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance. The Chatbotkit platform is branded under the partner's name.
- Role of Chatbotkit: Provides the underlying technology and infrastructure but remains in the background.
Onboarding Process:
- Flexibility: The onboarding process is adaptable, allowing for both self-service options where partners can independently set up and manage their accounts, and manual support where Chatbotkit provides hands-on guidance for customers who require more assistance.
Contract Terms:
- Initial Engagements/Smaller Contracts: Chatbotkit offers flexibility without long-term commitments or penalty fees. This allows partners to explore the platform and partnership without significant upfront obligations.
- Larger Contracts: For more substantial agreements, specific contract terms and agreements may be put in place to define the scope, duration, and other details of the partnership.
In essence, Chatbotkit's program aims to provide a versatile framework for resellers, enabling them to leverage the platform in a way that best suits their business model, whether through direct collaboration or a fully branded white-label solution.
