We Rolled Out Innovative Features for Enhanced Widget Functionality

We are thrilled to announce a series of exciting enhancements to its ChatBotKit Widget. This update introduces animated buttons, new title bar buttons, and an improved mobile response, all aimed at enriching the user experience.

One of the most visually engaging enhancements is the introduction of animated GIFs for buttons. With this new feature, buttons can now be enriched with dynamic and visually appealing animations, adding a new layer of interactivity and fun to the user experience.

In addition to the animated buttons, two new title bar buttons have been added to the Widget: Restart and Export. The Restart button allows users to refresh the conversation, providing a clean slate at any point during the interaction. The Export button offers the ability to export the entire conversation, offering a valuable feature for users who want to keep a copy of their chatbot interactions for reference or sharing.

Furthermore, users will now have the option to toggle these new buttons on or off, offering even more customization for their chatbot experience.

In our ongoing effort to ensure a seamless user experience across all devices, we have improved the Widget's responsiveness on mobile platforms. With this enhancement, users can enjoy a smoother, more intuitive chatbot interaction regardless of the device they are using.
