Slack Ratings Buttons

Slack Ratings Buttons enable users to provide instant thumbs up (👍) and thumbs down (👎) reactions to bot responses, giving you powerful analytics and insights into response quality. This feature transforms every bot interaction into an opportunity to gather valuable ratings data that drives continuous improvement.

When enabled, ratings buttons appear automatically below every bot response alongside other interactive elements. Thumbs up reactions can be provided with a single click, while thumbs down reactions prompt users with a dialog to optionally explain their reason for the negative feedback (up to 500 characters). Users receive immediate confirmation that their input has been recorded. This ratings collection system integrates seamlessly with ChatBotKit's analytics dashboard, providing quantifiable metrics that help you optimize bot performance and measure user satisfaction over time.
