We are excited to announce Advanced Developer Tools, now available across the ChatBotKit Dashboard and the Blueprint Designer. This release brings deeper visibility and faster workflows into the same surfaces you already use to build and operate your agents, so you can move from idea to production with fewer context switches.

Pin the Tools You Actually Use
You can now pick which tools you want pinned so your go-to debugging surface is always one click away. No more hunting through menus mid-flow. Pin what you use, hide what you do not, and keep your workspace tuned to the way you actually work.
Chat With Any Agent, Directly
From the pinned toolbar, you can chat with any agent to test behavior, iterate on prompts, and quickly sanity-check changes. The conversation happens right next to the agent configuration, so the feedback loop between "change something" and "see what it does" collapses to seconds.
Logs When Something Looks Off
When behavior does not match expectation, jump straight into event logs, audit logs, and usage logs to see exactly what happened and when. No need to bounce between screens or stitch together timestamps by hand. The logs live next to the agent you are debugging, in the context that matters.
Analytics and Tracing End-to-End
Once you have the what and when, use analytics and tracing to follow execution end-to-end and pinpoint performance issues. Trace a single conversation through every step, spot the slow hop, and decide whether the fix belongs in the prompt, the skillset, the dataset, or somewhere upstream.
