As a result most individuals are any to leverage or gain access to the wide range of e-learning platforms aimed at catering to the necessity of Upskilling, Reskilling and Sync skilling. This issues is further heightened by the fact that many of these individual simply do not have the funds to pay for full immersive access to these e-learning platforms and courses because of their costly and inaccessible pricing scales. 

However the fortunate news is that many of these individuals have access to smartphones and smart devices and  most cellphone network providers offer use of social media platforms such as WhatsApp at low and affordable rates. As a result WhatsApp based Chatbot could break down such barriers and expand access to text-based e-learning and skills development opportunities.
