ChatBotKit API and Widget now support link unfurling

We are thrilled to announce that ChatBotKit API and Widget integration now supports link unfurling. This feature is commonly found on social media platforms such as Twitter and Slack, where shared links are automatically expanded into a card with additional information. With this new update, the ChatBotKit Widget can do the same.

Whenever a chatbot shares a link, the ChatBotKit Widget will automatically unfurl the link with extra details. This process allows for rich content to be embedded directly into your chatbot, including YouTube videos, Twitter posts, blog posts, and even e-commerce data.
