A. Our light bars come professionally pre-build, with all wiring in place for you to set up.

A. The lights are compatible with the Smart Life/Tuya app so you can utilise your phone/tablet to turn these lights on/off, or create a schedule.
Q. Are these smart home device compatible?
A. Yes. Works with popular voice assistants like Alexa and Google Home for convenient voice-controlled operation.
Q. Is a remote included?
A. This product comes with an inline push-button controller for simple on/off functionality and brightness adjustment, however, you can purchasse our HALO remote separately (here: https://www.ledspace.co.uk/products/single-zone-single-colour-dimmer-with-wall-holder) - but this is optional!
Q. How do I connect everything together?
A. This system is designed to be as simply as possible, so we have taken the 'plug and play' approach. Simply connect the interface to the power supply using the DC cable attached to the power supply, then connect the splitter cable to the output side, then you can connect the strip to the splitter cable.
Warning: NEVER connect LED strips directly to a 240V mains voltage or directly to a wall outlet - this will cause irreparable damage and is a fire risk.
Q. Can I cut the light bars size?
A. Yes, and it's a simply home DIY job. There are defined cut points marked on the strip every 3.4mm. With the power off, you can cut the strip at any of these points. Fully easy to understand instructions supplied with your order, and of course, our customer service team are here to help should you have any questions.
Q. My light bars are not turning on?
A. In the unlikely event of an issue with your light bars, we recommend testing your Llights prior to installation. Please refer to our installation instructions, or get in touch with our customer care team help.
Q. How are these light bars delivered?
A. We utilise the best delivery option; DPD - fully assembled and ready to install.
Q. Can I dim these lights?
A. Yes, via the push-button standard fitted control system, app, or via voice control.
Q. Do you sell these light bars in longer lengths?
A. No. We sell in 2400mm length which is the average ceiling height of a home in the UK. If you need a solution in a longer length, please contact customer services and we can help with a bespoke option.
Q. How easy are these light bars to install?
A. Very easy.
