How do I schedule a task?
Navigate to Tasks and click "Create Task". Set the contact, bot, and schedule for the task. Once created, your AI agent will execute it automatically according to the schedule you defined.
How do I set up a scheduled trigger integration?
Create or edit a Trigger Integration and configure the Trigger Schedule field under Advanced Options. This field is available on ChatBotKit Pro and Team plans and accepts standard cron expressions as well as common presets.
